Management Team
Harris M. Baker, President
Harris has worked with community gas systems for almost 15 years. As a 30-year developing and homebuilding veteran, he has managed in excess of $500 million in aggregate development, utility, residential and commercial projects. He has been involved in the construction of more than 20,000 homes, retail and commercial facilities and the development of a variety of subdivision concepts.
Margee Young, Senior Vice President, Administration
With more than 16 years of operations experience, Margee is responsible for administrative management. She has a broad background in acquisitions, land development, homebuilding and community gas delivery systems.
Johnny Ulmer, Vice President, Operations
An accomplished operations manager, Johnny is experienced in international, offshore and domestic pipeline and transmission systems, as well as land development in master-planned communities.
He is responsible for all facets of field leadership, including on-site construction of our gas delivery systems.
Kyle R. Bolin, Business Development
With a background in construction, real estate brokerage and development, Kyle Bolin has been involved in the development of office buildings, subdivisions, production and custom homes, and apartments. He serves as liaison for new and existing clients, and is responsible for developing and coordinating new business for HBH Gas Systems and Ferrellgas in the area of community gas systems.
Jeremy Glaisher, Business Development
With 16 years of experience developing extensive operations in the propane industry, Jeremy has the technical and design expertise to help all stakeholders maximize and integrate the benefits of centralized gas system. . He serves as liaison for new and existing clients, generally for the western regions of the US, and he is responsible for developing and coordinating new business for HBH Gas Systems and Ferrellgas in the area of community gas systems.
Ron A. Muhich, Business Development
With 25 years of experience in construction and real estate, Ron has been involved in the development of commercial land, building renovations, subdivisions, custom homebuilding and multi-family housing developments. Ron has recently coordinated the design and construction of over three million square feet of non-residential space. He serves as liaison for new and existing clients, and is responsible for developing and coordinating new business for HBH Gas Systems and Ferrellgas in the area of community gas systems.
Sandy Awty, Business Development
Sandy has an extensive 25-year background in residential real estate and development finance. He has been actively involved in many facets of real estate investment, business investment and startup ventures across the U.S. He is licensed in California as a Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, and Business Broker. Sandy serves at HBH as a liaison for new and existing clients with a focus on the introduction to and the implementation of Community Gas Systems for residential real estate developers.
