- All capital outlays for engineering, installation and operations, typically at no cost to the developer
- Fully-engineered system distribution and construction documents
- As-built plans and supporting documents
- Industry compliance standards
- User and construction contract negotiations and management
- Appropriate tank site designation, identification and assignment of properly recorded easements
- Coordination of all parties for project implementation
- Gas provider, builder and developer contracts and coordination
